We buy daily from dozens of fishing areas and fish markets all over the world to provide our customers with fresh, top quality products at the best price. Also in frozen, we buy raw material directly from the source, from the closest to the most remote areas of the planet, to offer a wide range of products and origins.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Once the raw material has been received, we process and prepare it in our fresh produce processing rooms in Mercabarna and Mercamadrid, or in frozen products, we pack them in a multitude of formats in our frozen products factory, depending on the needs of our customers: bulk, sanitized, packaged and vacuum for the catering industry or skinpack, bag, isopack, vacuum or thermosealed for retail and supermarkets <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We have 53,000m\u00b3 of cold storage, which gives us the capacity to store around 3,000 references in a space for 10,000 pallets.
